The safest, fastest, most environmental way to remove concrete from agitators

Say goodbye to noisy and unsafe jackhammers. AGI Jet Blasting is changing the way concrete is removed from agitators.

How does it work?

Our robotic concrete removal system uses water pressure to blast dead concrete in the drum of concrete trucks and recycles the waste removed.
1

Safer

Without the need for a worker to climb inside the truck to jackhammer, risk of injury is dramatically reduced.

2

Environmentally friendly

Reducing the residual hardened concrete build up on board a concrete truck, there is more capacity for fresh or "green" concrete. This means trucks are lighter, use less fuel and has less impact on roads.

3

Faster

The AGI Jet Machine can remove 1000kgs in 60 minutes or less., compared to several hours spent with a jackhammer.

4

Less wear and Tear

With reduction of more dead concrete, trucks are not overweight. Less pressure on tyres, brakes and roads. More compliance and more concrete delivered.

About Us, and work

AGI Jet Blasting uses a Robotic Concrete Removal system of de-dagging the dead concrete in the drum of concrete trucks and then ensures the waste removal is recycled. The AGI Jet Machine can remove 1000kgs in 60 minutes or less. Regular use of AGI Jet blaster to ensure max weight compliance for concrete trucks.

THE CHOICE IS YOURS!

AGI JET VS MANUAL CHIPPING

AGI JET

Can remove 1000kgs in 60 minutes. One man with remote control, reduced entry, no damage.

MANUAL CHIPPING

Man in a drum for hours, most likely damage to drum, serious safety issues.

Why use Agi Jet?

AGI Jet Blasting reduces the reliance on manual labour to clean the drums which is costly, time consuming, dangerous, and not very efficient. Manual de-dagging is extremely high risk and costly to both injured workers and Concrete companies. Also, by reducing the residual hardened concrete build up on board a concrete truck, there is more capacity for fresh or “green” concrete. This means trucks are lighter, use less fuel and has less impact on roads.

Significantly reduced liability by not having worker inside the drum.

The use of the Ready Jet Process provides for the health and safety of staff by no longer working in a confined space. This substantially minimises Liability and Risk. The Ready Jet process improves safety by protecting worker from falling debris. Only trained operators are permitted to run the Ready Jet unit.
