About Us,
and work

AGI Jet Blasting uses a Robotic Concrete Removal system of de-dagging the dead concrete in the drum of concrete trucks and then ensures the waste removal is recycled. The AGI Jet Machine can remove 1000kgs in 60 minutes or less. Regular use of AGI Jet blaster to ensure max weight compliance for concrete trucks.

Why use
Agi Jet?

AGI Jet Blasting reduces the reliance on manual labour to clean the drums which is costly, time consuming, dangerous, and not very efficient. Manual de-dagging is extremely high risk and costly to both injured workers and Concrete companies. Also, by reducing the residual hardened concrete build up on board a concrete truck, there is more capacity for fresh or “green” concrete. This means trucks are lighter, use less fuel and has less impact on roads.

THE AGI JET IS A SAFER SOLUTION.

Safety is priceless. We realise keeping the mixer drums clean on the inside without entering the drum has always been a challenge.

The health and safety of our staff is greatly improved. There is no longer the risk of working in a confined space and being exposed to noise, deadly falling debris and silica respiratory dangers. These can be greatly reduced using the Agi Jet Robotic Concrete Removal System.

It should be Agi Jet clean

The Agi Jet has come a long way with our C3 model. It is faster, more efficient and more powerful than ever before. This proven Agi Jet G3 Robotic Concrete Removal System was specifically designed to remove dead, hardened buildup from inside the ready mix drum.
With the increases in structure weight limit enforcement, safety practices and sustainability are creating a higher demand for increased concrete truck drum maintenance…not to menti, the demands of reaching higher profits from your equipment. The Agi Jet Robotic Concrete Removal System is designed specifically to meet that demand.

THE AGI JET IS A SUSTAINABLE SOLUTION.

More capacity means better fuel efficiency.
The less residual hardened concrete build-up on board, the more capacity there is for “green” concrete and therefore, the truck will be lighter and more fuel efficient. Remaining hardened concrete causes higher fuel consumption. Benefit from significant annual fuel savings for each truck. From an environmental standpoint, The Agi Jet water is recyclable. The more residual concrete build-up there is, the higher the health and safety risks when manually chipping the drum.
